A team of undergraduate students from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, secured sixth place in Physics League Across Numerous Countries for Kick-ass Students (PLANCKS) 2025. This marks the highest ranking achieved by an Indian team yet. The 4-hour closed-book examination was held in Spain last month and is considered one of the most challenging theoretical physics competitions.
