IIT Delhi ranked 123rd globally in the QS World University Rankings 2026, leading Indian institutions. IIT Bombay (129) and IIT Madras (180) also made it to the top 200. MIT retained its global No. 1 rank for the 14th year. This edition evaluated 1,500+ universities and introduced a new diversity-focused metric.
