Researchers at IIT Kanpur have built a radar-proof ornithopter that appears like a bird but works like a drone. The drone for surveillance has been manufactured locally, and its micro-sized variant has just a five-inch-wide wing, making it almost invisible, India Today reported. The ornithopter debuted in UP at the Global Capability Centers (GCC) Innovation Summit 2025.
