The "Pencil Box" boarding school, where two autistic brothers were allegedly abused, was operating illegally without permits. SCPCR Chairperson Geeta Khanna revealed the facility, run by a woman, housed children in the same room as the accused. The school was a boarding extension of a separate prep school and lacked proper registration with local authorities.
