A Twitter user alleged she was harassed by a Rapido driver with whom she shared her location via WhatsApp. He allegedly told her he arrived only after seeing her display picture and hearing her voice and added that he's not "bhaiya". "It's extremely disappointing...to learn about the captain's lack of professionalism...This matter will surely be actioned upon," Rapido Cares responded.
