The Indian Medical Association (IMA) has written to Air India and Tata Sons Chairman N Chandrasekaran, seeking financial aid for medical students injured or killed at the site of the plane crash in Gujarat's Ahmedabad. "These individuals were not only victims but also future pillars of our healthcare system," the letter read. At least 274 people died in the incident.
