Chinese President Xi Jinping's meeting with PM Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin "was a very big deal" historically, US political commentator and CNN correspondent Van Jones said. "That image of Xi Jinping with Putin, with (PM) Modi from India...should send a chill down the spine of every American," he said. "That's a new world order," he added.
