Over 4.19 lakh challans were issued in Delhi till May 31 for improper parking, making it top traffic offence, according to official data. This was followed by 3.73 lakh challans for driving without a pollution under control (PUC) certificate and 2.59 lakh for riding two-wheelers without helmets. Additionally, over two lakh challans were issued to drivers not carrying a licence.
