Parliamentarian Shashi Tharoor said India was disappointed after the Colombian government expressed condolences on deaths in Pakistan after Operation Sindoor, rather than standing with the Pahalgam terror attack victims. He made the comments in the Colombian capital, Bogotá. "We'll say to our friends in Colombia, there can be no equivalence between those who attack and those who defend," he added.
