Thirty-one of the 70 members of the newly-elected Delhi Assembly have declared criminal cases against them, as compared to 43 such MLAs in the last Assembly, poll rights body ADR has revealed. Of these, 16 belong to BJP and the rest 15 belong to AAP. Seventeen of the newly-elected MLAs face serious charges, including attempted murder and crimes against women.
