After four people were killed in a railway mishap near Mumbai due to overcrowding on local trains, Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis acknowledged that the carrying capacity during peak hours is low and needs to be strengthened. He added that lack of doors in these trains increases the risk of accidents and assured that steps will be taken to install them.
