Pakistan Army chief Asim Munir has repeated his incendiary remarks on Kashmir, which he had made days before the Pahalgam terror attack. Calling the Indian Union Territory Pakistan's "jugular vein", Munir said, "Pakistan will not forget the issue of Kashmir." India had earlier criticised Munir's remarks, saying, "How can anything foreign be in a jugular vein?"
