Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that India and Mauritius will work on enabling bilateral trade in local currencies. His comments came after holding wide-ranging talks with his Mauritian counterpart Navinchandra Ramgoolam in Varanasi. "India and Mauritius are not just partners, but family," Modi said while proposing to take forward projects like the Chagos Marine Protected Area.
