India and Paraguay have signed their first ever MoU on cooperation in the peaceful uses of outer space. The agreement was signed during the visit of Paraguay's President Santiago Palacios. At a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the two leaders also committed to working together on biofuels and green hydrogen. Cybersecurity is another area of cooperation.
