India and Russia held the 11th Working Group Session on Modernisation & Industrial Cooperation in New Delhi. Officials discussed progress and explored collaboration in aerospace, mining, fertilisers, railways, & advanced technologies like 3D printing. Around 80 delegates participated. The session ended with signing a protocol, reaffirming both nations' commitment to strengthen industrial ties.
