India and Russia signed a new protocol to boost industrial cooperation across key sectors such as aluminium, fertilisers, railways and mining technologies. The agreement was finalised during 11th session of the India-Russia Working Group on Modernisation and Industrial Cooperation. Both sides explored opportunities in rare earth and critical minerals extraction and underground coal gasification.
