India and Panama signed five MoUs to launch Quick Impact Projects (QIPs) focused on public welfare and socio-economic development. Presided over by Panama’s First Lady, the ceremony at the Presidential Palace formalised the agreements between Ambassador Sumit Seth and Panamanian officials. The QIPs aim to deliver immediate, visible benefits and strengthen bilateral cooperation.
