PM Narendra Modi unveiled BSNL's fully-indigenous 4G stack on Saturday. The stack features a radio access network developed by Tejas Network and a core network by C-DOT, which TCS has integrated. The Swadeshi 4G network is fully software driven, cloud based and can be easily upgraded to 5G. India is now the fifth nation globally to manufacture home-grown telecom equipment.
