Union Ministers LJP (Ram Vilas) party's Chirag Paswan and HAM (Secular) party's Jitan Ram Manjhi, both NDA allies, said the INDIA bloc is opposing the revision of Bihar's electoral roll because it is scared of losing the upcoming assembly elections. Paswan said the opposition is coming up with a "fresh excuse" after blaming their previous losses on the EVMs.
