US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said India's decision to buy Russian oil was "point of irritation" in US' relationship with New Delhi. "India has huge energy needs...And it buys...from Russia because Russian oil is cheap. That's helping them sustain the Russian war efforts," he said. Earlier, US President Donald Trump said he "doesn't care" what India does with Russia.
