Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath said India has changed its response to terrorism compared to before 2014. "We had developed a habit of chanting about peace before 2014, but PM Narendra Modi, by giving a new normal, has changed this concept," he said. He further said that if someone spreads terrorism in India, the response will be surgical strikes.
