India and China have started talks to resume direct air services, with first round of discussions concluded, according to Civil Aviation Secretary Vumlunmang Vualnam. The talks are in early stages, and no dates have been set yet due to unresolved issues. Direct flights were suspended after Covid-19 and 2020 border clashes. Before suspension, India and China operated multiple direct flights.
