India's most dynamic housing micro-markets have produced impressive returns for investors and homeowners between the end of 2021 and the middle of 2025, ANAROCK Research said in its report. In some areas, property prices have nearly doubled and in others, rents have climbed at a pace that outstripped inflation by a wide margin, the report added.
