India showcased its first AI-based rice sorting technology at the Bharat International Rice Conference (BIRC) 2025 in Delhi. APEDA Chairman Abhishek Dev highlighted the event's goal to unite farmers, exporters, and buyers, promote quality and innovation, and strengthen India's position in global rice exports through technology, sustainability, and diverse GI-tagged varieties.
