India is the least vulnerable among all emerging markets to US President-elect Donald Trump's tariff plans, according to Alexander Redman, chief equity strategist at CLSA. Trump had promised to impose 60%-100% tariffs on Chinese and Mexican imports. "India benefits from relatively low trade exposure to the US, manageable leverage, and...declining level of foreign equity ownership," Redman added.
