On being asked about the possible trade deal with United States, Union Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal said India negotiates a deal on its own terms and not based on a timeline. He stated that India accepts a deal when it is in national interest. Notably, the suspension of US' reciprocal tariffs is ending on July 9.
