India Post is undergoing a major digital transformation led by Dr. Pemmasani Chandra Sekhar and Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia. Under the IT 2.0 plan, 165,000 post offices will offer real-time tracking, digital payments, and flexible delivery. With new Delivery Centres, ONDC, and GeM integration, India Post aims to become a modern, tech-driven logistics and e-commerce enabler across India.
