External Affairs Ministry has reacted after Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif sought talks with India on trade, water and counter-terrorism. "We want to reiterate that terrorism and talks can't go hand in hand...The discussion will be solely about Pakistan handing over...terrorists from the list provided to them...and talks will only take place regarding...process for Pakistan to vacate PoK," it stated.
