Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) on Friday said it has noted European Union's (EU) sanction on India's second-biggest oil refinery in Gujarat's Vadinar. Stating that India doesn't subscribe to any unilateral sanctions, MEA added, "There should be no double standards...when it comes to energy trade." The sanction is due to Russian state-owned Rosneft's 49% stake in the refinery.
