India on Wednesday ripped apart Pakistan at the United Nations Human Rights Council. "India finds it deeply ironic that a country with one of the worst human rights records seeks to lecture others," Indian diplomat Mohammed Hussain said. "Instead of spreading propaganda, Pakistan should confront the persecution of minorities on their own soil," Hussain added.
