India's first indigenously designed and developed rounds artillery ammunition are nearing completion, as per a report. Four different variants of 155 mm artillery ammunition have undergone testing over the last two years, the report stated. The final phase- development-cum-user trials- will take place in November. It is being developed as part of DRDO initiative to reduce dependence on imports.
