Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia reacted after Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge criticised Digital India Mission and targeted the Centre for its "unfulfilled promises & false claims" on X. "Bharat’s era of ‘buffering’ ended with the Congress," Scindia said. "While your party offered dial-up promises, we built and delivered a world-class telecom network, UPI, and BharatNet on ground," he added.
