Apple, through its vendors, exported iPhones worth $6 billion from India in the April-June 2025 quarter, marking an 82% year-on-year jump, reported Business Standard citing government data. Despite the tariff threats from US President Donald Trump, India's smartphone exports surged by 58% in the previous quarter, reaching $7.72 billion. Apple alone accounted for nearly 78% of these exports.
