India's kulfi has secured the eighth spot and kulfi falooda ranked 31st on TasteAtlas' 50 Best Frozen Desserts list. Notably, kulfi originated in the 16th century during the Mughal Era, as per reports. The top spot was secured by Turkey's Dondurma, which was followed by US' frozen custard, Italy's Gelato al pistacchio and UK's clotted cream ice cream.
