India's logistics and industrial real estate sector grew 21.6% YoY in first half of 2025, with leasing hitting 30.7 million square feet (MSF), Cushman and Wakefield reported. Warehousing led with 71% share, while e-commerce saw 158% growth. Mumbai topped leasing at seven MSF, followed by Delhi NCR and Pune. Experts expect annual gross leasing to surpass 60 MSF.
