Kerala-born billionaire Yusuff Ali-led Lulu Retail's IPO in United Arab Emirates was fully subscribed within an hour of opening. The shares of the company are expected to be listed on Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange on November 14. The IPO expects to raise around 527 crore dirhams (around ₹12,063 crore) at a price band of 1.94 to 2.04 dirhams per share.
