India has sent Lord Buddha's sacred relics to Bhutan for the Global Peace Prayer Festival, marking the 70th birthday of Bhutan's fourth king. Carried by a delegation led by Union Minister Virendra Kumar, the relics will be displayed at Thimphu's Tashichho Dzong. The 13-day festival promotes global peace, compassion, and unity among Buddhist traditions.
