Defence Secretary RK Singh has confirmed that India is actively pursuing the establishment of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facilities for the Russian-made S-400 air defence systems within the country. Talks are reportedly underway with Russia’s Almaz-Antey and Indian defence firms.
