NITI Aayog CEO BVR Subrahmanyam said India-US Bilateral Trade Agreement will see a positive outcome by November-end. "I think things have been bit difficult with US...a reset is being tried...the trade negotiations are on," Subrahmanyam said. Earlier, US President Donald Trump said trade talks with India "are going good" and hinted at a possible visit to the country next year.
