Indian-American Amit Kshatriya has been appointed NASA's new associate administrator, which is the space agency's top civil service role. Kshatriya, a 20-year NASA veteran and former Moon to Mars Program deputy, will lead efforts to return Americans to Moon through Artemis, deepen industry partnerships, and support US' space economy under President Donald Trump’s administration.
