Chief of the Army Staff (COAS), General Upendra Dwivedi on Sunday visited the forward posts in Uttarakhand's Garhwal region to review the operational readiness of forces deployed there. The Army Chief interacted with troops and praised them for their dedication and professionalism. He also inaugurated Ibex Tarana 88.4 FM, a Community Radio Station based in Jyotirmath, Uttarakhand.
