Indian Army's Chinar Corps has launched Operation Naushera Nar IV in J&K. "Based on intelligence provided by J&K Police regarding...infiltration attempt, a joint operation was launched...in Gurez Sector. Alert troops spotted suspicious activity and challenged, which resulted in terrorists opening indiscriminate fire. Troops responded with effective fire, neutralising two terrorists," it said.
