Indian astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla's ISS mission has shown that diabetes tools like glucose monitors and insulin pens work in space. The Suite Ride research, envisioned by Dr Shamsheer Vayalil with Axiom Space, may pave the way for the first astronaut with diabetes while also transforming remote healthcare on Earth.
