A look-out circular has been issued against RNR Global Procurement's CEO Vicky Ramancha for allegedly cheating US-based Assure Global of ₹180 crore. Ramancha signed a deal with Assure to supply 1.25 lakh doses of weight loss drug Ozempic, using notarised documents from Delhi's Patiala House court to "lend legitimacy to fraud agreements". He also tried delivering fake/relabelled drugs to Assure.
