India's food services market is projected to cross $125 billion by 2030, with organised segment set to grow at twice the pace of unorganised sector, stated 2025 edition of Swiggy's annual report. The organised segment, led by cloud kitchens, quick-service restaurants and café chains, will drive 60% of sector's overall growth. Food services contribute 1.9% to India's GDP, it added.
