Amid India’s new Online Gaming Act, 2025, top firms like Nazara Technologies and nCore Games have launched the Indian Game Publishers and Developers Association (IGPDA). The body will advocate fair licensing, protect IP, and promote culturally rooted Indian gaming. With the market projected at ₹70,000 crore by 2027, IGPDA aims to unify and empower local creators.
