A Russian tourist has shared a video showing children littering on a street in India and teasing her after she scolded them for doing so. Children can also be seen asking for a $1 from her and later started throwing more garbage after following her. Sharing the video, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju wrote, "Please sensitise."
