An Indian national has been arrested in Nepal after gas balloons he filled exploded at an event attended by Nepal Deputy PM Bishnu Prasad Paudel, leaving him injured. The explosion was triggered when an automatic switch sparked a flame that ignited the hydrogen-filled balloons. After the incident, Paudel and Pokhara Mayor Dhana Raj Acharya were airlifted for treatment.
