An Indian man was left fully covered in blood after he was partially stripped and brutally beaten by a group in Ireland. He was taken to the Tallaght University Hospital for treatment and the police have opened an investigation into the incident. An official who met the victim said, "He couldn't speak much because of the shock he was in."
