A 30-year-old Uttarakhand man, who recently travelled to Russia on study visa, was allegedly coerced into joining Russian army and sent to Ukraine war zone, his family said. The family, who said they have no contact with him since early September, wrote to the External Affairs Ministry and sought help in bringing him back.
